A 1-hour session of Holistic Personal Development to help you release, heal and create a bridge to move forward with confidence, clarity and transformative purpose. In these sessions we will approach and care for : general areas, trauma, anxiety, depression, behavioral complications, sense of self, inner child and more. This is a safe space where together we find Balance and a bridge forward.

We start with a get to know you questionnaire before a series of 3 sessions: Discovery, Action Plan and Follow-up. You will receive a personalized workbook with a customized New You Plan for your Health, Self and Body along with a $15 gift card to our Wellness Shop. (Action Plan created by team Holistic Health Practitioner, Naturopath, Dr. of Pharmacy and Athletic Coach)
